Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your item, your delivery address, and the carrier rates at the time of purchase. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of the item. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

•Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

•Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional cost

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination country, package weight, and carrier rates. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days after shipment.

Please note: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Enchanted Lifestyles LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Packaging

Vintage and antique items are fragile. We take extra care to wrap and protect every piece before shipping. Items are packed with appropriate cushioning to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at mathew@enchantedlifestyles.com or call 918-720-4830. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
